Beachfront holiday rental in Timmendorfer Strand-Niendorf

The apartment is really very nice and is located in the center of Scharbeutz. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything you need. Check-in was super easy. We felt very comfortable. It was a bit stuffy and we had the window or balcony door open a lot to get some air in. We would have liked the laundry package to either be free or better informed. All three of us were a little surprised by the price. All in all, the time was super nice and the apartment really great. Would come back.

This was my second time staying at the property. As always, everything is great, everything super clean and well equipped. Nothing is missing. Of course we will come back my absolute favorite accommodation there on the coast and we have already had several accommodations.

I highly recommend this place if you want to have a quite vacation! View from balcony is amazing

We were only in this beautiful apartment, in this beautiful area, for a very short time. The accommodation was/is also great for the dog. And Gesine was/is a great hostess.

The apartment is very cozy and as described, the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment was clean and something special due to the unusual architecture. Suitable for a trip to Lübeck. Carola is very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend it.

We spent the turn of the year in this cozy Airbnb in Dahme and were completely satisfied. The place was very clean, and the dog beach was right nearby – perfect for our four-legged friend. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely long weekend at Kirsten's place. The sleeping situation was flexibly adapted to our wishes with a toddler and the included entrance to Filippo's adventure garden was also great. With the large amount of space, we can imagine coming back together with another family!

Really nice accommodation in a somewhat outdated building. The accommodation itself has a really beautiful view and nothing is missing (super plenty of dishes, SMEG kettle, etc.). The apartment itself is also very clean and, for example, the bathroom has also been newly renovated. We felt very comfortable.

We had a good time staying at Carpe Diem's place. The beach is just across the street. You can walk to the harbor in 5 minutes. The promenade is quite far away. The apartment is super well furnished, actually everything your heart desires. An oven was missing a little, otherwise everything was great. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. I was very warmly welcomed by Barbara and Volker. Also that I arrived much too early was not a problem. The place was love at first sight🥰. Thank you both for the tasteful decor in which you felt right at home. Shopping facilities can be reached in a short time. The apartment is clean and well maintained and the terrace invites you to end the day in the evening. Barbara's excursion tips were worth gold. So I was able to make a new, impressive goal every day. 👍The location of the apartment is perfect, as you can get from A to B super quickly from there. In any case, I had nice, relaxing days with Barbara and Volker and can highly recommend them. I felt like I was vacationing with friends, just great!!! I will definitely return.🥰

A really great place to stay in a great area, perfect amenities and extremely nice hosts, we felt very comfortable and were sad to leave again. No wishes remained unfulfilled, we will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Lars's place. The room was very cozy and the location ideal. The quick communication via the phone number on file was particularly positive. A small downside: The Airbnb messages were not answered. The first morning we were woken up on time at 8a.m. due to construction work in the next room. The next nights it was a bit louder due to parties in the vicinity, but the construction work in the morning was only done on Friday so that we could start Saturday without a hammer and hammer drill. Overall, it was a nice stay. The outdoor pool was a great bonus and in contrast to the description free of charge, but there are costs for the parking garage (although stated free of charge in the description). However, there is plenty of parking nearby that was recommended to us, so the problem of the very narrow parking garage was also solved.

We had a very nice time in Billy's apartment. The sea view and the location on the beach are simply great. Here are just a few small suggestions for improvement: a clothes rack would be super helpful, and it would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool is not open at the end of May. The mattress in the bed was a little soft. We did not test the sofa bed. And please don't forget your sleep mask! The bed has a curtain, but the windows do not. Billy always responded super quickly to all requests. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Andrea's apartment has a great location. The path to the beach and the promenade is perfect, from the train station you can also walk relaxed. The apartment itself has been great for 2 people. It was a bit irritating in the beginning that there are many private things in all cabinets, but being able to use the drinks in the fridge and also some mustard or spices was also beneficial. So we are more than happy to recommend

My girlfriend and I had a really relaxing stay. The apartment has a beautiful view (just as advertised in the pictures) and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a short trip is available. The location is quiet and you can enjoy the Baltic Sea flair. The only downside was the fact that we arrived quite late and almost could not get into the building where the apartment is, as it is already locked at 10 pm. Fortunately, someone else was there who had a key.

The apartment Ostseestern has everything you need to feel comfortable. You could even see the sea from the balcony. Since I was only there for one night, the cleaning fee was relatively high, but if you stayed longer, absolutely recommended :)

Nice house on a really nice property. The town is very nice and lots of good food within a short distance. We were there right after Christmas and there was still a Christmas market, the promenade has lots of activities and shopping opportunities. This isn't the last time we go to Timmendorfer.

We felt very comfortable in the boathouse. The equipment corresponded to the description in all respects and was in top condition. The house is very nicely located in a quiet area - but since there is only one access road, due to unforeseen incidents (police operation, filming) - one or the other day was a small challenge. One drawback, but not one that clouds the whole stay or the house, as you live in a nature reserve, the garbage can was about 2 km away, so you consequently transported the garbage with your car.

3 days by the sea! Actually, only 2 days net. It was a great short break for four! Wonderfully short walk to the beach, to the new pier and the restaurants. Due to the short stay, we did not do too much: Brodtener Steilufer, Timmendorfer Strand are a must for us, walking on the beach. Scharbeutz is always worth a visit. On the day of departure, we played dune mini golf again, highly recommended for families. The stay in the apartment is highly recommended: clean, bright and everything you need is available. Comfortable beds - including the sofa bed. Sunny balcony. We also greatly appreciated the underground parking space. Thank you Andreas, we will be happy to come back :-)

We were with our daughter at Thälke and Michael and felt very comfortable. The pony ride was the highlight for our child. The apartment is very clean and perfectly sufficient for 3 people. We will be happy to come back.
