We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view from the cosy home was spectacular and the area was very peaceful and secluded. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Ruth was a very nice host and our stay at the apartment was amazing overall! The garden is perfect to enjoy the beautiful view and everything (especially the bed) was very cozy and comfortable

The apartment with parking is very easy to find and is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself was also very quiet. Check in is easy, we were able to move in immediately after consultation with the landlady upon arrival before check-in time in Ascona (we came from Italy and made a stopover in Ascona). The apartment was newly renovated, was very clean and included everything we needed. Questions to the landlady were answered after a short time. Within walking distance you can reach the center of Ascona. If you want to be more comfortable, take the bus, the stop is practically at your doorstep. We will definitely rent this apartment again; we are often in Ascona.

Very nice apartment. For me, excellent location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, etc. Very quiet at night. Ideal for short or long stays in Locarno. Patrizio was very kind and always replied very fast to my messages. I'd repeat if I came back to Locarno.
