Monthly Rentals in Tice

It was absolutely a pleasurable experience. Him and his family were very accommodating friendly just made us feel very at home.

We visited North Fort Myers to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday. She lives only a short 20-minute drive from Maria's place. Check-in was a breeze, and we felt right at home upon entering. The entire home was sparkling clean, and we literally wanted for nothing. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner were provided in both baths. Maria had complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee, which was a nice, friendly touch. The lanai was comfortable, and the pool was warm and inviting. We had towels when needed. There were pool floats for the little ones and there was plenty of room to spread out (there were 6 adults and 2 kids one day). Everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available. Maria was friendly and provided all the information we needed to make the vacation enjoyable. The location was perfect for daily walks. The home is on our list for future visits!

This was a wonderful property for the week I spent in Cape Coral for work. The building was extremely quiet, the bed was super comfy and the unit was extremely clean!! 10/10 I highly recommend and would definitely book again.
