Clean apartment, great size, air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, good quality bed and bath linens, well equipped, great location, well served breakfast, attentive and kind staff. But the best of all was undoubtedly the privileged view of the sea, what a spectacular balcony, I will never forget it!

It was a wonderful experience, I'll definitely be back! We only thought the two rooms would be air-conditioned, but only one had it. And the room that had no air conditioning were 2 single beds. Even so, our expectation was wonderful, Ana made wonderful contact with us. Thank you very much

We are a flia of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The excellent response from the host. We had a pleasant surprise because the location is unbeatable, you are on the beach. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The photos in the apartment are as is. Breakfast with the necessary, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and something sweet, coffee with milk, juices, Yogures. We will definitely be back!!! We loved it, I would definitely go back to the same place!! Thank you for this vacation!!!!

It was a great stay, the space is small, a hotel suite, with a small kitchen structure. But comfortable, very clean and organized. Great location, beachfront. Ideal for a couple. I'd definitely be back.

Great location and cost-effective.

A great apartment, with the equipment working well, with the exception of the air conditioning control in the double room. But it didn't cause so much trouble, since you could use the air control of the single room. Perfect location, good pool, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

we stayed for 10 days at the residence, to take a course in Natal.... the employees are extremely friendly and supportive, the apartment meets all our needs with air conditioning, daily cleaning if you wish, full breakfast and the best...parking at the door. The Residencial is overlooking the sea with a black tip on the side of a Esmeralda resort. Super well located but a little noisy... nothing that bothered too much. The apartment was super clear and we could see the sunrise in the sea.... but the blackouts are a little insufficient and the clarity goes through the cracks. the only negative thing that can improve or I can point out is that the shower is kind of slow ( little water ) even, but you can shower without problems and the box is a little small....We had a problem with the toilet and hygienic shower that were resolved promptly. Ahhh I did not use the pool, but it is very small - and don't expect much in this regard. I'll be back for sure

The location of the house is very good close to the centrinho and beach, from to do everything peré. Very organized, clean and comfortable, not to mention the decor that is very beautiful, I will definitely return.

Our experience at The View was simply sensational! Since our arrival we have been very well received by Cláudia who promptly introduced us to the space and showed us great places to go. I can not forget also to praise the place, we stayed in the Gizz Suite and the view is to lose my breath. Extremely happy with the days we stayed there!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, in addition to the outdoor area shared between the other guests being very well cared for, you can see that someone is doing some maintenance all the time to keep everything clean and organized. The balcony has a beautiful view of the garden and the pool, very green, many trees and many birds. There are people at the 24-hour front desk to answer any questions if you need them. Although the daily rate does not include breakfast, you can pay and have access to a hotel cafe. The place also has a bar. As for the home office, the owner Stefan was very requested with us when we asked if the place had tables, he provided 2 tables and office chairs in the apartment during the week we stayed (but this part is good to confirm if it is available or other guests are occupying). The internet is stable and fast, we are able to work without any obstacles. Everything perfect! Great place for couple, family or people working in the home office model.

My stay was excellent! The place was impeccably clean, well cared for and very beautiful, just like in the pictures. I was very well served from the beginning, with great recommendations for tours and places to visit in the region. Breakfast was a highlight aside: very well served, with variety and quality. I only held two overnight stays in the Host's apartment, as I used only as a support base for a trip we made to Bonito - MS.

Great flat. Bed linen is only clean, the host was super available, she recommended a tour with the best buggy driver in the region (Nego) and everything I needed was available. I'll be back for sure!

The stay lasted four nights. As I traveled for work, this option was appropriate. There are restaurants close by, a bakery and the hotel's own restaurant offers paid breakfast (35 reais for a reasonable option). The price paid was fair, taking into account the discount obtained in the survey. Bruno was extremely cordial and proactive. Happy stay at the listing.
