Our 3.5-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Summaprada near Cazis, nestled between mountains and nature. The location is ideal as a base for nearby and well-known ski and hiking areas in Graubünden. We have a small children's playground in the garden, and larger playgrounds can also be reached on foot. In Thusis, there is a nice, family-friendly outdoor forest swimming pool. The apartment can accommodate around 6 people. The location is perfect for both those looking for relaxation and those seeking an active holiday.

A very extensively renovated knight's hall apartment grants a wonderful view of the natural surroundings. The heart of the apartment is the new fully equipped kitchen within the Knight’s Hall (78 m 2). Uniquely, The huge fireplace and the baroque stucco work come from the 18th century dominates the rear wall of the Knight’s Hall apartment. The spacious bathroom (19 m 2) and the bedroom (23 m 2) were also freshened up in 2018. In addition to the outdoor seating area, a parking space is available.
