Beautiful 6 bedroom barn conversion surrounded by fields and woods with garden, patio and glorious rural views and self-contained room and en suite above the garage. The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. ‘Top O' Th Hill Farm’ is nestled at the end of the infamous 'Hill Street', home to ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ characters, Howard, Pearl and Clegg. The grade II listed farm dates back to 1750 offers an authentic and cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful elevated south facing location above the sleepy old village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth.

Ryecroft House, Large apartment near Holmfirth

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.
