Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60m² apartment in the outbuilding. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hikes or bike tours. Bed linen and towels are included with us. In addition, fast Wi-Fi with up to 100MBit/s is available free of charge. The access data is available in the apartment. The cozy apartment with loggia is located in a small apartment building with its own entrance. The fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi ensure carefree days. You can park your car for free on the street with a guest parking card.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

The vacation rental is located on a typical Franconian three-sided farm, which used to house a farm and carpentry and is still lovingly renovated by us with old materials and a lot of clay plaster. My husband, our dog and I live in the main house.
