Holiday rentals with a patio in Thun

Sara and Rob’s flat may be the best Airbnb we have EVER stayed in! Incredibly comfortable and cozy, very well appointed with very comfortable bed, furniture, etc. Perfectly equipped kitchen, the BEST shower head you will ever experience. Then…the VIEW!! Wow, waking up every morning to this spectacular view was the cherry on top. We had many plans to explore the area and kept saying to ourselves “should we just got back and enjoin the Airbnb instead” 😉

Staying here was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, host Sarah's warmth and hospitality made us feel instantly at home. The apartment itself is a haven—nestled by the shimmering lake, floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the water and surrounding mountains, flooding the space with natural light. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and we're extremely grateful. This place is an absolute recommendation! 入住这里简直是一场极致的享受！从抵达的那一刻起，房东Sarah的热情与好客就让我们立刻感受到家的温暖。公寓本身便是一处世外桃源——坐落在波光粼粼的湖畔，落地窗将湖景与环绕的山峦尽收眼底，自然光洒满整个空间。萨拉为了让我们的住宿尽善尽美，付出了超乎想象的用心，十分感谢，绝对推荐。实景如下图

The view was breathtaking!! I think the house even looked much better than the photos. The host said evertything is in the place, and it was true! If you have a car druing the trip, the location will be perfect. If you don’t, and have to use public transportation, you will always have to check the timetable of the bus. But still, very satisfied with our stayings👍

Lovely apartment, nice and modern with all the amenities you need. Hosts were very responsive and communication was easy. It was warm when we stayed 25degrees peak temperatures and the upstairs loft area did stay very warm at night but a fan is provided. The location was a little far for us to travel to Grindelwald and Jungfraujoch- doable just long days so we feel the location is better suited to explore Oeschinen and Thun areas! Overall though we had a great stay and would recommend the apartment.

A wonderful experience! The view was beautiful and peaceful, with walkable transportation nearby. The interior had a modern, clean design while keeping the classic charm of a wood house. Della was so nice and kind—it was a pleasure meeting Wicki’s family too. We’re so glad we chose this apartment for our stay near Lake Thun!

Loved staying here!! Gorgeous place with a killer view!! We used the Swiss Travel Pass so the walk up the hill multiple times a day was a lot but worth it for that view!! Totally recommend

Outdoor kitchen is amazing for people who love cooking.

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The house is amazing. The views are spectacular. We were met with a generous basket of food and drinks. The house was very clean. Jordana was super responsive to all questions. We loved it and hope to come back!

Me and my friends loved our stay at Judith's and Simon's place. It is such a lovely old style chalet, very well equipped, and so cozy, that we felt right at home. The hosts are also such nice people and welcoming. Staying here definitely made our roadtrip to Switzerland more special. We definitely recommend it.

For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

Both Regula and her husband, Satcha, were extremely helpful and welcoming. They walked us through the entire property, explaining how everything worked....they even had the pool cleaned spotlessly...they had an outdoor pizza oven and a small garden with herbs for your cooking, and lettuce growing which we were welcome to use. The house had everything that we could have possibly needed, and they checked on us a couple of times to make sure that we had everything that we need. I would highly recommend this home for your traveling and vacation needs!

We had a lovely stay at Riad’s - easy check in, extremely clean home and a very responsive host. We really appreciated the amenities, which included a washer, dishwasher and a Dyson hairdryer among others (have to note this in particular, as many hotels have weak / inefficient hair dryers, so to have a Dyson while traveling, as at home, is a game changer). Pictures do not do the view justice - the lake and surrounding mountains make for a lovely milieu. Highly recommend & would love to return someday!

The accommodation was exactly as described and very well presented. The host’s clear instructions and detailed recommendations made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to other guests.

It was a little expensive, but I think it's a good alternative due to the nature of the chalet, which requires a long stay. The Eiger North Wall seen from the kitchen was really cool, and it was really great to be close to Grindelwald Station and Coop. And it was useful because the washing machine was free (detergent needs to be brought separately) -!

My family LOVED this Airbnb. Thierry‘s hospitality and kindness was exceptional, making the entire process smooth and efficient. The house is superbly beautiful , comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed this place.

The area is really beautiful. They were two seperate rooms with a kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and also provided us with extra Ventilators due to the terrific heat. Over all, Nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Beni & Romy's. The apartment is idyllically located in the mountains and not far from the train station to Zermatt. It is clean, spacious and superbly equipped. Romy and Beni are great and very warm hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.
