We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to leave our luggage. The possibility of washing your clothes was also super practical! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is ideal for a few days in the city and is at the same time pleasantly quiet in the side street. Thanks for everything!!!

Quieter location however note that you may still be woken up by traffic noises around 7-8am. Location walkable to many places in District 1, otherwise Grab is very affordable to take. Note that the elevator opens straight into the kitchen area, so you may receive a surprise visit on cleaning days, but the bedroom area is behind a separate door that can be locked from the inside.

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Quite literally the best deal in HCMC! Diny is one of the most accommodating, caring, hard-working host that you’ll ever see. He welcomes you as if you are family, and he will do anything he can to accommodate whatever you need. There was a point where I had to leave his apartment suddenly, but one of my luggage’s had a broken wheel. He offered to take it back and not only keep it with him, but he also checked with a local repair place to get me a quote. The place is a standard studio with pretty classy furnishings and decent interior design. It’s within spitting distance of landmark 81. Security isn’t an issue like in most places in Vietnam so you won’t have to worry about being spooked by the building staff. Also not to mention the 7/11 on the first floor… You can’t beat this place!

A nice and modern apartment. The apartment is very spacious and was clean. It was nice to stay here for two nights. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, a nice shower too. Under the apartment, you have several shops, such as a 7eleven. Taxis can easily get there, which is also nice. The apartment is not far from the bustling city. During the day I would not do it on foot because of the heat, but in the evening it is fine to do. You'll be there in half an hour.

Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

Title: Cozy, Charming, and So Relaxing! We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated with such warm and cozy classic touches—it’s like a little haven of peace. The bed was comfy and the room had blackout curtains. Every little detail made the space feel extra special and welcoming. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close to the malls and local street foods. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a charming and relaxing escape, this is the place! Can’t wait to come back!

Good price. Central location in district 1. The place is a one bed room with kitchen. Clean and tidy. Looks exactly like photos. The host is helpful and friendly, and allows mt to check out late due to ny flight time. Will stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh.

A wonderful quiet escape from the noise and chaos of Ho Chi Minh City. Great pool on 21st floor with spectacular views. Sophia was very responsive to all my requests and her instructions to a foreigner who only speaks English were impeccable. Thank you. Highly recommended. Hilary

Fantastic host ! So responsive , accommodated a half day stay because we arrived early at a fair cost ! Very much appreciated, we arrived at 6 am and didn’t want to wait til check in! During the stay they were very responsive. Can’t say enough good things about the location and the amenities. Wow ! Everything you could ask for and MORE. You will NOT get these amenities at a hotel & I frequent at high end hotels - some of which make you pay for their saunas and pools. This place had it ALL! Location wise it was close to the epicentre of all the action but just outside and peaceful / close to wonderful street vendors and restaurants which we ate at daily and preferred over many of the restaurants. Don’t think twice about booking this stay . It’s great! One thing to be aware of is the mattress is very firm ( I like this but not all do so be aware ). 10/10 stay and hosts !

This is my second time stayed at Betty apartment. Same as previous she still so responsive and the apartment still nice as my previous stay. Will highly recommend for couple to stay for honeymoon.

Raymond Trans place is exactly as describe, has a great balcony view it is a little away from the busy hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City (20min drive from city centre) but still has plenty to offer and not as chaotic which is perfect for those that prefer! We didn’t get the chance to use the pool as it was undergoing maintenance but from what we could see it would be amazing once in use The hotel staff are extremely friendly and always there to help even with the language barrier The aircon works great which is a must in Vietnam as it is very humid and hot Thanks again for letting us stay! :)
