Great location and quiet. Even though the location is in a nice local area, you can easily walk to the tourist area. I really appreciated not hearing motorbikes or karaoke. The quietness was a treat while in Vietnam.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was the free access to the pool—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was super easy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice getaway with a bonus pool!

Friendly host, support to book a car from the airport to the homestay, rent a motorbike with support to change his room to a bigger room. The homestay is also close to the center, it is quite easy to get around. My room is in basic design, clean, quite pleasant.

the place is very convenient to travel around. Phu is a very supportive host. We had some issues with our motorbikes and he helped us fix asap. He replies really fast and he knows a lot about local places to eat or buy Hue specialities, cheap and locally recommended. We had a fun trip ❤️

I really enjoyed the chill vibes of this location! The neighborhood was very quiet and the scenery was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of; even including a pair of sandals to use when I went down to the beach. The cleanliness was above satisfactory! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet and pleasant environment. there are convenience stores at the foot of the building and a huge shopping center 15min walk away! Taking a taxi to the city center only costs €2, it's very cheap. 😊👍

Thuy was a wonderful host and very welcoming. I asked for local coffee and restaurant recommendations which were iconic yet cheap. they did not disappoint 😄 I even had the pleasure of meeting her family on the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Enjoyed our stay here! Didn't see any of the other guests so it felt like we had the shared living room (which was very spacious) and bathroom to ourselves. We didn't find a lot of restaurants nearby which interested us, but were able to easily order food deliveries using grab. The dog barked a lot whenever new people showed up at the gate, but calmed down quick and was very adorable with oddly catlike behavior. The shower's hot water would turn cold after a bit of time - fixed that by turning the shower off and on again

Charming place at the riverside. Several family members shared a WhatsA: group with me and were very helpful. They rented me a motorbike and prepared meals (even though a late arrival). The Bun Bo Hue was delicious!

Our journey in Greenfield was perfect. Mai and her daughters are absolutely lovely and it was so nice to share all of these moments with them. They are really open-minded, kindly and attentive to the people they welcome. We highly recommand this place if you're looking for un true experience with local people in Vietnam.

Very clean and quiet. The hosts are excellent and helpful. Be aware that the location is far from the city. Also there is no dryer, so clothes will need to air dry over several days

This was our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time! The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and feels like a cozy home away from home. It’s got all the comforts and amenities we need for a perfect stay. The host is super friendly, quick to respond, and goes out of their way to cater to every little detail we could want.

Great place to stay. Clean and simple. They have cooking supplies if needed to cook. Tooth brush and towels supplied. Make sure to bring trash bags if you’re eating inside the apartment and extra toilet paper.

Convenient place. 5 min from airport. Minimart and a baby/children clothes shops within the development. Taking grab car was easy. Provided water dispenser. WiFi and internet tv was working. Great communication! Lovely to have 3 bedrooms without climbing stairs - friendly for elderly and children. Note the bath tub not friendly for adults to bathe as there is not shower curtains, but ok to bathe children (shorter). Lovely place!

Spacious apartment and 2 double beds. It was a space where 6 people could sleep, even with low mattresses. 2 bathrooms Public swimming pool on the 4th floor of the toilet. There is a market nearby. The host's kindness is very good. Restaurant recommendations and responses are fast. I intend to revisit

Our family had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to Son's excellent hosting and the building's high quality. We were assigned a larger, brand-new apartment, which was impeccably clean and well-furnished, suggesting consistent quality across Son's properties. The building is modern and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic, close to a large mall, restaurants and a short taxi ride to attractions. Son was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to all inquiries and resolved minor issues promptly. He personally greeted us, helped with luggage, and provided great local recommendations. I highly recommend booking his airport taxi service. His attention to detail and genuine care made our stay memorable.
