We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Chuyen is the type of host that goes above and beyond! So welcoming and accommodating! Place gave us enough space to not feel clustered like one would in a typical hotel room. Unique layout for 1 bedroom, definitely in a good way. Lots of options nearby, spas- food - coffee.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

This is a really nice place and full of all the amenities that I need, I went to the water park in the area to experience, it was really great, David was a kind host, guided me about the places to visit, I really appreciated that, the apartment was clean and full of the necessary items to stay for a long time

Good price. Central location in district 1. The place is a one bed room with kitchen. Clean and tidy. Looks exactly like photos. The host is helpful and friendly, and allows mt to check out late due to ny flight time. Will stay here again next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh.

Great and cozy unit!!

The apartment was clean, airy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was friendly and provided clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient — close to the city center and easy to get to all the main attractions. I especially loved the small balcony with a nighttime city view — very chill. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance!

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Nice, quiet area of district one. Check in is simple and the building elevators are not as busy as other buildings. The room is clean and spacious. Perfect for working or relaxing. One of my favorite buildings to stay in.

A comfortable room and beautifully designed home that was very easy to self check-in during our night layover in Saigon😊🌿 Even just the entrance is lovely as you are stepping into a hidden, tranquil garden kind of space. I believe we met the owner of the house and cafe when checking out, who kindly offered us a seat and fan and helped us with our Grab car before seeing us off. Thank you, Aqua House🤗

Lô was a very friendly and flexible host. I asked her if I could store my luggage prior to the check-in time and she just let me check in early since the room was ready! The location is great, plenty of good dining and shopping within walking distance. I'd highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.
