Great location whilst cycling Lands’ End to John O’Groats. Easy to find and super comfy bed at the end of a long day.

Probably the best Airbnb we've stayed at! The property is beautifully furnished but clutter free, with the focal point on the massive window towards the rolling hills. All amenities were there as described. The sauna was a brilliant experience too! We were lucky enough to stay at the Wash House during lambing season so adorable lambs were running up & down everywhere! East Farm is nested at the foot of the tallest hill in Pentland Park but there is also plenty of paths with minimum challenges, so it's a perfect area for hikers and walkers alike. The drive to central Edinburgh was only 30 min and while in the area, look up the Rosslyn Chapel! My wife & I loved it to bits so we plan to go back for our next visit in the Edinburgh/Pentland area! We absolutely loved being in the countryside of Scotland and waking up to the sound of sheep and cattle in the distance. The outdoor tub beautiful landscape it was very relaxing. The space was immaculate. Every detail was carefully thought out. We had a lovely time.!! we really appreciated our hosts. We’re very thoughtful and helpful, and we enjoyed the homemade croissants and scones. They were delicious.

If you are looking for a place to use as a base for exploring Edinburgh, this is a great option. The place has a lot of space inside, and everything was very clean and organized. There is a backyard area where you can also relax. The wifi worked well, and it had the best water pressure in the shower than any place we stayed in Scotland. And, it's very helpful that the Tesco is almost across the street and there are several decent spots to eat within easy walking distance. I will note that, if you have a car, parking can be a bit of challenge. There are spots on the surrounding streets, if you look for them, but you may need to park a block or two away from the front door, especially if you return in the evening. However, if you are traveling by bus, the bus stop directly in front of the house makes it super-easy to get in/out of Edinburgh.
