Quiet house and ideally located to discover Nantes and its surroundings. Recently renovated in a workshop style, this pretty, bright 60 m2 house has a garden where the "Guette-Loup" stream passes through and 2 terraces. The banks of the Loire and the city center are accessible: 5 min by car and 10 min by bike. Public transport near the accommodation is free on weekends. Access to Nantes city center is 20 minutes by car and 7 minutes by TER from the village.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Charming outbuilding in a green setting with independent access through our garden. You have a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. A coffee maker is available for your use. Following guest recommendations, we added a table, microwave and small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking. Possibility to park your vehicle as well as your bikes. The accommodation is located around the banks of the Loire.

In a 20 m2 accommodation, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from the Southeast of Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car 50 m away and in the adjoining streets for a larger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
