Snowdrop Cottage, Wetherby.

Snowdrop Cottage is a gorgeous beamed Victorian mid terrace cottage in the Historic conservation village of Clifford, West Yorkshire, close to Bramham, Boston Spa and Wetherby. It’s only 5 minutes from the A1 so easy access to The Dales, Fountains Abbey, Harrogate, Leeds ( bus from the door) and York. The cottage has many original features, old doors, feature fireplaces, stone hearth and log burning stove. There is a tiny dining area and a light bright kitchen with a Belfast sink and oak worktops. Wooden floors glow throughout the ground floor. Upstairs is a rose patterned single bedroom and a large master bedroom with a Kingsize black metal bed frame, white painted floors, snowy sheets and feather duvets and pillows. As you snuggle in you can see views of spectacular open countryside. A modern bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Our converted milking parlour in the heart of the York plain is a unique one bed, self contained tiny house! With access to York and the surrounding area, it is a perfect place for a weekend away or a longer stay for business, retreat, escape. There is a bus that runs from just outside to York. They do not run at the weekends during winter and never on a Sunday. There is a train station 3 miles away. Parking is available on the road. There is a shop 2 minutes away. No pets or children.

The Gables (LS24 8DP) is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. We live next door, so we'll always be happy to help. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.

Built on the historical site of Syningthwaite the cottages are named as such because of their close proximity to the Syningthwaite Priory. The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.
