Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. With the name "Moselheimat" we want to give you the feeling of your own home on the Moselle in the beautiful wine village of Klüsserath. Enjoy the vacation from the start with the right glass of wine and keep the Moselle and our apartment in unforgettable memory.

Moselle Time Out

Located on the Middle Moselle between Trier and Bernkastel-Kues, there is the wine village of Klüsserath. From here you can go on vineyard hikes or a Mosel boat trip. In the immediate vicinity of the property is the Rudemsmännchen restaurant, which invites you to linger in a cozy atmosphere with its rustic vaulted cellar. The baker next door provides fresh baked goods. In numerous vinotheques, the wine of the local winemakers can be tasted.

Quiet apartment with nice views in Hunsrück

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - now a horse farm and guesthouse - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by woods and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the yard, such as the slate walkway.

Guest apartment in the wine village

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house. It consists of a spacious room with double bed, dining area, wardrobe and TV. This includes a small kitchenette with full amenities such as dishes, a hotplate, bottle opener, coffee maker, fridge and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar and homemade jam are included free of charge. Next to it is a small shower room and access to the garden.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
