Loukas' place was a treat to experience. It is a real home, used by the family, and therefore has character and an identity. The aesthetic choices of the interior design, the materials, and the landscaping are well-considered and create a beautiful whole. The setting, high up on the hill with a view so lovely of the sea and sunset, is almost a cliche of the reasons people visit Greece. And yet, we had complete privacy. Ms Giota, Loukas' mother and our contact, was gracious and efficient in dealing with our arrival and departure. A car is definitely a necessity; the nearest grocery story is almost 10 minutes away. But driving on the main road, especially in the evening, is visually stunning and leads to some nice eating places. Thank you for your hospitality.

it was an excellent place to stay.great location walking distance from the beautiful thimari beach and the beachbars. peaceful surroundings, whatever you need for relaxation. feels home straight away and the place was extremely clean. great choice for a small family or a small group of friends or a couple!definitely coming back and would recommend the place!thank you Andrea and aggeliki !

We could not have loved this villa more! After a busy 2 weeks in Italy, we were looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Athens coast. The owner met us at the villa and to our surprise presented us with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry which was much appreciated. Vas was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the restaurants and shopping in the nearby village of Palea Fokea. We took advantage of the outdoor kitchen and grilled fresh fish that we got from a nearby market. Taxi and tour operator had no issue finding the property. We stayed a week and spent more on this airbnb than we usually do but it was worth every penny when we got to experience the amazing sunset views from this villa.

The welcome was warm, we didn't want for anything and the house was very clean. Thank you. Located 15 minutes from Cape Sounion, a little less than 1 hour from Athens but by a pleasant road that runs along the coast. 50 minutes from a marina that allows catamaran sailing. About 1.5 hours from the Corinth region (canal and remains...). In the northeast, a few seaside towns of limited interest to us, but which made it possible to find small restaurants to take a break from the explorations of old stones. This accommodation is good for exploring the area and is especially quiet at a distance from the city, yet easily accessible by car. A few steps from the beach, ideal in the morning, during the day or in the evening for the sunset! We only went to other beaches 2 or 3 times, because the one next to the house being very quiet and family-friendly, it was perfect for us. Think about beach slippers if necessary because in Greece there are a lot of pebbles.

Such a hidden gem! The place had a private garden where you can have your morning coffee in peace and quiet! Not only that Kostas and his wife were really friendly. Offering us coffee and also giving us some freshly picked plums to enjoy whilst staying there.

Listing IDYLIQUE! Very nice and out of sight. It feels really good and it feels like home. Inside, everything is thought for a family stay: - Separate bedroom, -Board games and console, - Outdoor shower for back to the beach (which is a 5-minute walk and really worth a visit), - Hammock and chairs in the trees. The host is really great, thank you Dimitri! He welcomes us with Greek specialties and essentials in the fridge. It also tells us where to go and where to eat (among other things). We really recommend this cocoon: not better in value for money and holiday wishlist!
