Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Small typical Cantalian village, on the banks of the Cère, we offer you an old renovated barn with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms, laundry room with amenities (washing machine...) and a large living room with wood stove. A terrace and an enclosed plot of 500 m2 (barbecue, parking...). You will be able to discover our ski resort Le Lioran 10 km away, the site of Puy Mary, the geoges of Pas de Cère and Jordanne... 25 km from Aurillac. All shops and services on site

Accommodation for 10 people – Le Refuge de Compaing

The cottage has 3 floors, with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a pantry with a washing machine and dryer, a shower room and a living room with a fireplace (wood provided!). On the second floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with a bathroom. Last one to the dormitory! With 4 single beds, a table football game and a TV. We provide linens and towels. Have a baby? We provide everything you need on request! There are 2 terraces with a bonus pétanque court ;)

Buron in the heart of Aubrac - Laguiole

5 minutes from Laguiole, Le Buron de Terres Rouges, restored by us in 2019 with taste mixing old and modern, welcomes you to a unique and iconic place with breathtaking landscape. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with insert, seating area in a vault with TV. 2 bedrooms queen size bed, possibility to add a bed 90, cot. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

Le Clou Mountain Lodge

We welcome you, summer and winter, to our comfortable, tastefully decorated cottage (renovated old barn), at the foot of the hiking trails and 20 minutes from the Lioran resort for a warm vacation. The gîte, with an area of 65 m², can accommodate 4 to 5 people. It is an open space comprising: a spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bathroom, a mezzanine with 2 90 cm beds, a kitchen area (fully equipped), a dining/living area with a wood stove.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. Our small house is a cocoon of sweetness, bright and calm. Many walking/hiking trails are available, whether on foot from the house, or a few minutes by car, so get your walking shoes ready! If you prefer to stay at home, a collection of various books and board games are available. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy the fruits of the garden that are waiting for you!

We wanted to preserve the stone and wood in our newly restored gîte, while integrating the modern and functional furniture of our time. Our house is in the center of the village in a small, preserved alley, quiet where children can flourish because cars do not come. We live right next door, which allows us to have a special relationship with our guests.
