Located in the heart of the terroir of 7 valleys ( Montreuil sur Mer , Hesdin ) and about 50kms from the cote d'Opale ( le Touquet...) and from the Valley de l'Authie ( le Crotoy)... Chantal is welcoming you in her "gite " . On the ground floor a lovely living room with open kitchen and at the first floor 2 bedrooms , and a spare room with a double bed and a bathroom.

Situé à 10 minutes de Reims, notre appartement est composé d'une grande pièce à vivre comprenant cuisine équipée, coin repas, salon avec canapé convertible, télévision (écran plat) et WIFI. Une chambre équipée d'un lit de 160 x 200 et d'une salle de bain avec WC séparé. De plus, vous bénéficiez d'un parking sécurisé (véhicule et vélo) à l'intérieur de notre propriété. Pour des raisons sanitaires et d'allergies, nos amis les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas acceptés dans ce logement.

Simplicité et authenticité sont recommandés. un bonheur simple, sans s'en faire. chalet en bois, la terasse face au couché de soleil et au bord de l'eau. Accès a toutes commodités a moins de 2kms, épicerie, boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie. au delà, hypermarché à 5 km. Jolies ballades aux environs (petit port de plaisance, mont des Flandres, gare d'eau) Dégustation de charcuterie et bière artisanale à la brasserie du coin .

Nichée au cœur des vignes, notre maison est située à Courmas, dans le Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, à environ 13 km de Reims. Le gîte Les Chapitres, labellisé 3 épis Gîtes de France, dispose d’un accès indépendant et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Une place de stationnement est disponible à proximité du gîte. Location de vélos électriques possible sur demande pour découvrir la région.

A 1h de Paris, 45 minutes de l'aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle et à 5 minutes de Pierrefonds dans la forêt de Compiègne, vous logerez au centre d'un charmant village, dans un ancien moulin restauré, au cœur d'un large domaine de verdure où se mêlent nature et pittoresque. Dès les premiers jours vous profiterez du parc et de l'étang ainsi que des berges du rû dont les courants actionnent encore l’authentique roue du moulin.
