Centrally located within all the great things to see in the region, this home is one of the more spectacular I have ever had he chance to use via airbnb. The chateau and its property are beautiful and the hosts are helpful, very friendly and welcoming. Inside is well presented and will provide you with a cosy and warm environment. The smaller room for the kids was LOVED by our two and they even have a cupboard with toys and games for a rainy day in. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this rustic farm with 6 adults and 2 children. Perfect for relaxing in the greenery. Also a very good base for day trips to the coast. We have enjoyed it!

the castle is beautiful and Yury is a fantastic host. We celebrated our wedding in the castle and garden and it was great. The garden and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Due to the many rooms, all our friends and family could stay in the castle. yury helped us a lot, From arranging extra chairs and tables, to being flexible with the check-in and check-out. thank you so much for this unforgettable weekend, we will definitely come back!

Top hostess, very friendly! Pleasantly surprised by the beautiful region and everything very easily accessible. Huge amount of amenities from bbq to board games, ping pong table, trampoline, foosball,... Great location for all ages.

We only stayed briefly in this beautiful home. We were made to feel very welcome and shown every comfort and consideration.

REJUVENATING VISIT! I found the lovely tower to be very well-equipped with good energy inside. The house is very charming with beautiful pieces and I appreciated That there was everything I needed in the house. the house very clean and apparently the owner had just re-done the first floor and had it all repainted. We loved the steam unit! The unit was working so well, it was very hot and perfect for chilly winter stay with hot chocolate and a movie. I had easy communication with the owner who even left a bottle of champagne and homemade cookies on the table as a welcome gift. The grounds of the place and the overall set up is very fairytale like. It’s like a walk back in time with modern comforts. We practically had the entire château estate to ourselves. It was very quiet with gorgeous winter brisk country air outside - Wonderful find. Will return !!

Beautiful home full of charm. The rooms are spacious and convenient. The kitchen, which is new, is very pleasant with its large bay window overlooking the garden. And the garden along the canal is very nice. We highly recommend it!

The property was absolutly wonderful, the photos don’t do it justice! I particularly appreciated the garden with its beautiful array of trees and patches of forest. The estate was so vast I dont think we made it to the edge. The house was extremly private and out of sight of any neighbours. The house itself was spacious and comfortable, so were the beds. I was working online and the internet connection was good, even with multiple connections, with a very nice dedicated workspace. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable, with enough crockery for a banquet! While I was there the trees were ripe with fruit and we were treated to pears, apples, rasberries, blackberries, stawberries, grapes and more. The chickens generously provided us with fresh eggs every morning and the peacocks were not only beautiful to watch but also friendly. Not to talk about the wild forna including squirels, pheasents, woodpekers and other small birds… It was a pleasure meeting Philippe who not was an excellent host; showing us around the property and being helpful with our questions, but also an excellent cook, perparing traditional french food for us per our request. He was fun to be around. Overall a great experience, we are already planning when we can visit again!

Pleasant stay at Thomas-Jérôme's. The accommodation is of sufficient comfort for a single person who aspires a few days of "green". For hiking enthusiasts, the location is equidistant from the Mormal Forest, Val Joly and Fourmies Forest, which is very convenient. All are located about 20 minutes from the site by car (a vehicle is essential to get there). In addition, the accommodation is close to a cheap convenience store and the city center (a few minutes' walk away) whose old buildings are full of character.

Sonia and Alexandre's house is wonderful - Beautiful building nestled in a very well-maintained garden - very beautiful decoration brought back from the many trips of this family of adventurers Our children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the property (cats, chickens and dog - all very nice) Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden are particularly pleasant and allow you to appreciate the view of the valley The amenities are very nice (barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture among others) Highlights include: the exceptional bathroom installed in the glass roof - the well-equipped and functional kitchen, very bright The house was very clean upon arrival We recommend without hesitation

We had such a lovely long weekend strolling the grounds and observing the peacock flock. The house itself was well-appointed and made us feel right at home. We met Mr Charles, the landlord, who was gracious enough to share some of the history of the chateau and that of the generations that inhabited it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, as well as recommend it to friends. Truly a special place. There is also a larger apartment available if you are traveling with more guests. We felt right at home in the apartment. Sparkling clean, with a spacious bathroom, a nice sofa, spacious dining table and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery to stay comfortably. The communication in advance was more than friendly and very attentive, we felt really welcome. The area of southern Wallonia was the real surprise for us: beautiful nature nearby, and lots of adventurous and quiet hiking trails for choosing. This property was amazing and so very French in design and furnishing. it was easy to get into Paris and to Disneyland. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The grounds are delightful and the little village picturesque. The place suited all of us from the 7 year old to the 70 year olds. We would revisit.
