I provide you with ELECTRIC BIKES and a GPS. Closed garage for your bikes and motorcycles. Our cottage is close to the Remouchamps Caves, Monde Sauvage, Ninglinspo, Durbuy, Spa, La Roche en Ardennes, Coo Waterfall, ski slopes and many local breweries.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

This studio consists of a living room (kitchenette area, sofa, table), bedroom and shower room (with toilet). The entrance to the villa and half of the stairwell are therefore shared with the owners who live in the rest of the Villa.
