Le Fournil de Theuville is a former bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, its museums and its many activities. It was completely renovated into a residential dwelling with a surface area of 80 m² and has an unfenced plot of 1800 m². You will find a large number of amenities for your convenience.

Come and rest at the farm, in the old bread oven of the renovated farmhouse. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, Scandinavian wood decor and winter garden. The library is at your disposal and you will benefit from many amenities (barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The sea is a stone's throw away (30-minute walk, 2 km drive) and beautiful walks on foot or by bike will allow you to discover the Pays de Caux (GR21, marked trails).
