The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful stand-alone house in Giannouli, Larisa. The home is part of a quiet complex of four houses, offering both privacy and a sense of security. The house itself was spotless, modern, and very thoughtfully designed — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The outdoor space was peaceful and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The location was ideal: close enough to Larisa for easy access to the city, but tucked away enough to enjoy a calm and authentic Greek neighborhood feel. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the area! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Larisa or the surrounding region!

Tolles Apartment mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Gewürze und Öl etc. waren vorhanden. Bett war bequeme und die Unterkunft sauber. Die Terrasse war wundervoll und der Ausblick wunderschön! Nur sind dort leider auch viele Stechmücken, sodass man Abwehrmittel braucht um die Terrasse genießen zu können. Alles in einem eine tolle Unterkunft und sehr empfehlenswert

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Ο οικοδεσπότης μας έδωσε οδηγίες και μας ρωτούσε καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας αν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι παραπάνω και αν υπήρχε κάποιο θέμα με τη διαμονή μας. Παρόλο που δεν βρήκαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα, ξέραμε ότι ανά πάσα ώρα και στιγμή μπορούσαμε να τον ενοχλήσουμε αν χρειαζόμασταν κάτι . Είχε πολύ κοντά μας εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά για καφέ. Ολα πεντακάθαρα !!

nahe am Hafen und an der Chora mit tollem Ausblick ..Kosta holte uns vom Hafen ab und war sehr zuvorkommend... Man muss eine steile Treppe ohne Geländer gehen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und das Wasser lief nicht ab im Waschbecken. In der Küche war alles vorhanden für Frühstück oder zum Kochen. Das Highlight der Blick oben aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs Meer und das Dorf. Das Haus war in wunderbarem Zustand. Auch Mückenfenster, Rollläden.. und noch besser der Whirlpool..mit Meerblick.. auch schöne Sitzgelegenheiten..sehr ruhig gelegen .. alles für einen entspannten Urlaub auf der ruhigen und grünen Insel. Wir haben uns sehr woh gefühlt und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Im Ort gibt's Supermarkt, Bäcker, Arzt, Apotheke... Danke Smaragdi und Kosta .. es war sehr schön bei euch

Beautiful house and a very private location. Views are breathtaking! Felt like at home as the house was well equipped and spacious. Amazing and very supportive communication. The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι του Σπύρου ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και απίστευτα οργανωμένος, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Μας περίμενε ένα πλούσιο πρωινό, φρέσκα φρούτα, παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά και όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια ξέγνοιαστη διαμονή. Ο Σπύρος ήταν χαμογελαστός, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Tolles Haus, vor allem für Familien. Wir waren eine Woche mit 2 Kindern und einem Grosselternpaar im Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vor allem im Pool und der Gegend. Gerne wieder.

We stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. Google Maps initially sent us 5 minutes off, but the host quickly sent a direct link that got us there with no problem. The location is very secluded with a nice fenced-in yard—perfect for our dog, who loved playing with the friendly dog outside. Parking is off-site in a secure, gated driveway. The house was spotless with fresh linens and a clean, working hot tub. Just a tip: if you plan to use the hot tub, turn it on at least 3 hours in advance to let it fully heat up. The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful—even left us some delicious homemade jam from her garden, which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again!

La localización y la casa son inmejorables, nos hemos sentido como en casa y si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos a alojarnos en Villa Nina. La casa está situada en un emplazamiento increíble y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

My family and I rented two side-by-side villas, and everything was fantastic! The homes and the furniture felt brand new - spotless! The pools were glorious, as was the outdoor set-up and view. Notably, the bedrooms in the villas are not all equal, but works great to put little kids in the basement rooms. The kid gear provided felt (or was) brand new, so that was much appreciated. Paschalis' communication and hospitality is truly unmatched!

A brand new studio with all comfort and supplies. We felt really at home especially because the friendly contact with the owner and her brother. We recommend this studio and owners greatly.

Thalia place is just perfect! relax, cozy and designed place, with a small private pool. we had an amazing time! for sure be back.
