De persoonlijke aandacht van Giorgos was fantastisch. Hij gaf ons goeie tips en dankzij hem zijn we verliefd geworden op de omgeving. Het uitzicht op de Ionische eilanden en de zonsondergangen zijn adembenemend. Alles bij mekaar een absolute aanrader.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was magical. Very cozy, and absolutely perfect location up in the hill top village of karousades…the location is wonderful! We marvelled at the view from our terrace ever day. I suggest this place for a family of four, as it is extremely cozy however larger groups will find it a little small. Parking is always free and always available right outside the front door. The people are so nice and we were there for the Virgin Mary litany procession which passed right outside our door! It was a special touch of authentic village life! We really loved this place and looked forward to heading back there each night. The beds are firm and clean, with extra blankets in case you need them. The outdoor shower works super we’ll, with a hose which we used to even wash our hair and all the beach toys! Extremely practical for families! The hosts had fresh watermelon and water for us when we got there, which was so sweet! This is authentic Corfu as it gets! Thank you!

Luli was so kind and we would take her for our own grandma. Wifi was not working though. But we felt at home and it was clean ❤️😎💯✨👍👏

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house inside the Castle area of Ioannina. The architecture and atmosphere were truly special, and everything was absolutely spotless — probably the cleanest and most professionally managed place we've stayed at through Airbnb. The location was exactly what we were hoping for: right inside the Castle walls, which meant we could explore on foot and completely avoid using the car. Having a private garage available was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. Even the local treat (μπακλαβαδάκια) waiting for us was so delicious that it made us feel immediately at home — and of course, we honored them properly! Yiannis, who welcomed us, was super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of our best Airbnb experiences, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina. Thank you very much, Yiannis!

Ich habe selten so einen guten Gastgeber getroffen wie Ioannis. Er ist auf jede einzelne Frage eingegangen, hat uns Kontakte gegeben zum Wandern und Rafting sowie eine tolle Empfehlungen zu lokalen Speisen und Restaurants. Er hat sogar für uns die Kontakte angerufen, sodass wir eine kurzfristige Buchung machen und uns über Wanderungen informieren konnten. Seine Tipps waren goldwert, da wir mit 4 Kindern und nur 3 Tage da waren. Er war sofort und stets erreichbar und sehr offen uns gegenüber.

Отличное жильё для семьи из четырёх человек. Комфортно, чисто, уютно, полностью оборудована кухня, при желании можно готовить. На территории есть хорошая зона для барбекю, лежаки, гамаки, качели и беседка! Нам была предоставлена возможность зарядить электромобиль, за что отдельное спасибо! Замечательные и отзывчивые хозяева!!! Благодарим за прекрасный отдых! Рекомендуем однозначно!!!

Η Ζίτσα είναι πολύ ήσυχη. Υπάρχει Φούρνος, Παντοπωλείο, Καφετέρια, Ταβέρνα πολύ κοντά. Το σπίτι της Βούλας είναι εξαιρετικό. Πεντακάθαρο και πολύ λειτουργικό. Υπάρχει μεγάλη κοινόχρηστη βεράντα με θέα σε όλο το χωριό. Από την Ζίτσα μπορεί κάποιος να πάει Ιωάννινα και Ζαγοροχώρια.

The apartment is well furnished, the host Marsila was very responsive and respectful. I will highly recommend to other guests this place.

Everything was wonderful with the apartment, very clean, pretty, had lots of useful things like kettle, toaster, and microwave, amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Great location to walk into the centre, secure gated parking too, so everything you need. Chrissa was extremely helpful and a wonderful host. Would love to come back and stay again.

We had a great stay in Corfu Town. We particularly found it useful to have a parking space as parking isn’t always easy within the town centre. The apartment was well located and just a short walk to the Old Town.

I would recommend staying here if you are renting a car anyway and want to be a bit further from the city. The communication with the owner was great and fast. Our router did not work for us the first day of the vacation, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. There are three air-conditioning units, which was lovely. The apartment had: a roomy shower, two balconies (so you can always choose between sun and shade), and the extra outside blinds that could keep out all light at night. We had a car (rented from Enterprise) to go everywhere on the island, which we were very happy about. One of our group members luckily was very comfortable driving in Greece (hills and small, two-way streets). Buses are often delayed, so you would be waiting in the burning sun without cover for the bus if you do not have a car. Taxies are also pretty expensive (25 euro from old town to the apartment). The only negative about the flat is that the pullout couch in the living room is very uncomfortable.

What can I say, I had a perfect time at Besian's place. Everything was beautiful: the apartment was more than enough for me (1 person, but for 2 is also more than good), the entire house where you stay is attended by his family, supportive and friendly. You can ask them anything and they will do their best to help you. I hope I get to go back back one day, 100%.
