New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

This lovely comfortable home is located near the city center and a green park. Fully equipped; free parking and free use of two bicycles... Within 10 minutes, you can be in the city center by bike. But once back in the house, you will experience the peace and space. The house has two spacious bedrooms and a workspace with a balcony. Two rooms with a double bed. One bedroom with a single bed. There is also a desk with a computer screen.
