Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Thep Krasatti

We spent an amazing time at Baan Mai Khao. The apartment was terrific and ticked all the boxes. Kwan was very helpful about everything. Diego, the receptionist was great and gave us lots of tips as well. Even though you have mobility available through the shuttle bus, we would recommend renting a car at the airport to hace independence to visit further away places like Old Phuket, Patong, etc. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Reinol, Soledad y Jessica.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s condo! The apartment was excellent—very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with four air conditioners, a full kitchen, and a huge balcony complete with ceiling fans and a table, perfect for relaxing outside. The bedrooms were spotless and comfortable, and having free parking was a big plus, even if the spot was a bit tight—it still felt very secure to leave our car there. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the beach and plenty of local food spots. Communication with Paul was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Paul’s place—it’s a great value and made our trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

We spent two marvellous weeks here. Appts are spacious and comfortable. It’s not in the swimming pool area, so we were able to drink coffee in the balcony in quiet. The place is great all in all! We are going to be back.

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Phuket! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our time there. We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Great location….quiet and peaceful. Construction was as stated but didn’t disturb our rest. Few unexpected surprises but Heinz and Ar were very helpful and responsive…do appreciative of that. Would stay here again

Great place for a duo or solo traveler! Very cute and cozy, has everything you could need. The host was kind and responsive with anything I needed. The condo was in the heart of boat avenue, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach near by (25 mins). However, it's probably recommended to get a scooter/Grab because it's not easy to walk every where. But overall, great experience!
