Das Apartment Blickoase bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung lässt es sich wunderbar auftanken. Das kleine, aber feine Schlafzimmer sorgt für eine Atmosphäre der Ruhe und des Wohlbefindens. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich lädt zu genussvollen Stunden ein. Man findet dort alles, was man braucht, um lecker zu kochen und es sich bequem zu machen. Es besteht die Wahl zwischen Badewanne und Dusche. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum ist gut. Die Weinberge liegen direkt vor der Türe.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die großzügige Terrasse mit Kugelgrill, Hängesessel und Sitzgarnitur lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ein Sprung in den 1.5m tiefen, beheizten Infinity-Pool für Erfrischung zwischen durch sorgt (Poolnutzung Mai-Sept). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

Innenstadt, Main, Weinberge sowie Bahnhof und Kongresszentrum befinden sich in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Nähe (alles unter 1,0km). Du wohnst in einem denkmalgeschütztem Altbau aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ausgezeichnet durch die formschöne Fassade der Neurenaissance sowie den hohen Decken samt Stuck. Die 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind 2024 komplett neu saniert und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Dank der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist die Anreise mit dem Zug besonders bequem. Das Mainufer, das Kongresszentrum, die Innenstadt und die Würzburger Weinberge sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Highlight ist der liebevoll eingerichtete Balkon mit herrlicher Abendsonne – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.
