Monthly Rentals in The Whalesback

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfort of the house exceeded my expectations. The view was stunning, and I loved how the house was fully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lisa and Colin made my stay in Maine super easy and inviting! It was my first time traveling to the area, and with my dog, so I was a bit nervous. There was a sweet sign and dog treats and jam on the kitchen table to welcome us! The cabin was in a secluded area so it was very peaceful and great to take my dog out for walks on the surrounding land. They provided more information about the cabin prior to my arrival and made the check in/check out a breeze. The cabin was clean and had extra toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc. stocked in case you needed it. They had a binder with local recommendations and things to do in the area, which was much appreciated! It was perfect for my trip and I would definitely stay there again! Lisa and Colin, thank you for letting me stay there and for your hospitality!
