It is located a stones throw from the lovely old fishing village of ballyvaughan, that was once the heart of Clare and is now part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Spend a day in the sun on one of many beaches nearby or visit the stunning Burren and its fabulous attractions, such as Aillwee Cave and Birds of Prey Centre, Doolin Cave, Caherconnell Fort and the majestic Cliffs of Moher. Ballyvaughan Holiday Cottage

Our house is on the edge of Ballyaughan village, a short( 9 min) walk to centre of village. This traditional styled 2 storey house was comprehensively refurbished in July 2018 with new kitchen and bedroom, with an open plan living space ideal for families and groups of adults The house has oil fired central heating and a solid fuel stove. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are ensuite. The listed price is all inclusive, there are no extra charges. FTTH( Fiber to the home broadband) is now available.

Burren Lodge

A truly special spot, this luxurious lodge is close to Ballyvaughan but tucked in the trees with a view of the turlough, red squirrels, and sparrow hawks. Cosset yourself with organic mattresses, spa-like bathrooms, smart TV’s, a diverse library, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with fabulous Lacanche French range. Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of East Clare, retreat from the busyness of life to a unique experience in nature. It’s a really beautiful and comfortable space with trees and a small forest. This semi off grid yurt is designed to provide you with comfort. The yurt is attached to a private kitchenette and a small bathroom with hot shower and a toilet. Inside the yurt, you will sleep in a very comfortable double bed with a warm duvet and a cozy stove.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might require to prepare and serve meals at the cottage. Along with a filter coffee machine and a stove top espresso pot. There are four bedrooms; downstairs, two king sized bedrooms and a cosy single, and a then upstairs, a traditional style twin room with wash basin. The bathroom which is located on the ground floor, has a bath with shower and a toilet, there is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
