Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Oakside is a spacious detached 3 bedroom house with surrounding garden with upstairs sea views and located on a private drive leading off from Woodvale Road. It is a very quiet area. There is a separate area for working with a desk, shelves, fast wifi and a swivel chair within the open plan downstairs living area. We are most suitable for small families or couples wanting to work from home.
