Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

We had a great stay at Blakes place for a Birthday celebration. The caravan was comfortable and spacious in a peaceful part of the park near wild meadow walks. We walked to the coast and enjoyed the sunshine on the decking area in the late afternoons . Thanks Blake for allowing us to use your super home.😊

A lovely house for a family holiday. Good location, just a short drive to the beach and local beauty spots on the estuary. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Had a lovely stay at the Lodge. It was very clean and comfortable. Commuication from the owner was excellent. It is in a very peaceful location and has 2 pubs within walking distance. It is also within a short driving distance of so many varied places to visit or walk. We went to Bosham, Wealdon Downland museum, Fishbourne Roman palace, and the nature reserve at Kingley Vale and will be back again to do more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

The cottage is in a great location, very well appointed (especially the kitchen) and very clean. The bed is comfortable with good quality linen. The garden is a great space to relax in with sun and shade (we were fortunate with the weather!) and is dog safe. Keith and Paula provided lots of lovely touches such as beautiful fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge, dog towels and bowls. There are two local pubs within walking distance (about a mile and a bit it) The location is great as you can access the coast and forest walks very easily. I would thoroughly recommend the cottage, we had a lovely stay there.

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The added luxuries throughout the house were a great touch. From the snack basket, to the toiletries and the barbecue supplies. Everything was easy to use and welcoming. The uniqueness of having exclusive and nearby access to a pool and hot tub in a small property was perfect for our young family. We can put the kids to bed and enjoy the amenities together while making sure the kids are OK - something not possible in hotels and other resorts. The space was great. Clean, well-stocked and had everything you'd need for a summer retreat. The combination of the pool, dog, BBQ, pizza oven and included games meant our kids thoroughly enjoyed their time - us too. Definitely a winning combo. Thanks for having us!

thankyou to our host Sibylle for being so attentive friendly always on hand to advise and assist ,gave us loads of information on walks surroundings , wood burner Hot tub ready when we requested ,stunning setting and access to forest at the bottom of the driveway ,so peaceful and you just didn't want to leave ,everything you thought you'd forgot to bring was available all in a wonderful relaxing stay thankyou

I had a lovely stay here and it was in a great location to visit Southampton, Portsmouth and Winchester.

Jojo was hugely attentive, accommodating and for-filled all our requests, big or small.

This was our second stay at Red Squirrel Chalet. It’s so lovely, calm and peaceful but only 5 mins to Cowes High Street. A wonderful comfy bed and great breakfast. We’ll be back!

A fantastic find, a beautiful peaceful place in a wonderful and functional building. Had everything you needed and everything has been thought about by Toby and Wendy, the welcome Prosecco was a nice touch and Toby greeted us on arrival with some useful local tips when he knew what we had planned. It was a perfect weekend away with our toddler who couldn’t get enough of running around the beautiful green fields, seeing the horses, watching the wildlife like deer, foxes, birds, and the the resident peahen. Very private, miles away from any main road, the three barns have ample privacy despite being next to each other and there is so much space around them to use freely, it sometimes feels as though you are the only ones there. Highly recommend staying and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
