Condo holiday rentals in The Solent

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

Well equipped and convenient vfor our stay to visit relatives. The only thing we thought it lacked was somewhere to sit out which woukd have been nice but suppose you don’t get that with an upstairs apartment.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

John and Lynn's place was a great place to explore Isle of Wight. The place was very clean and very well furnished with nice goodies as extras! I was worried about the place being a basement unit but the windows let in a lot of sun with them being a bit half above ground. Thank you and highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning apartment, probably the best I've stayed in. The decor and furniture was beautiful and it was most definitely the cleanest holiday accommodation I have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. Check in was easy and you also have your own parking spot. The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring and with the added bonus of a bus stop right outside the door so you can enjoy a lovely open top bus trip to any of the surrounding towns, we went to Bournemouth which took about half an hour. We also walked to the beach at Sandbanks which took approximately ten minutes, such a lovely vibe there in the evening. We also visited Poole town center but I personally wouldn't recommend going there, I think Poole Quay is meant to be nicer. I would highly recommend this place, I have already sent the link to my friends! We would definitely love to stay again 😀

Very considered and thoughtful touches, such as a personal welcome, milk in fridge on arrival and cakes! Spotlessly clean throughout, excellent wet room shower area, well lit, with soap and shampoo to hand and good supply of hot water. Kitchen area contained everything which could be required and appliances looked new; no crumbs in toaster! Parking space nice and close to accommodation and own entrance made unloading and loading easy. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. This accommodation has obviously been planned with care by the host to be an excellent home-from-home.

Lovely little apartment to use as a base if exploring local area. advertised as ‘sleeps 6’ but may be a little cramped for this many, especially with only 1 bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or less though.

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the main village and Allison was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely love to come back!

A true gem! What a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Having lived in Portsmouth previously, we wanted a nice home near the sea front. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and easily accessible. The parking and the garden are an extra bonus for dog owners and people travelling by car. Jane was super easy to reach before and during the stay. Overall, we had a great time!

The Hideaway is a perfect little spot to run away to. it's in an incredibly beautiful spot and super quiet. it's a lovely little walk to the village of Graffham (Cheryl gave us excellent instructions) there is a cute little village shop that does coffees and sells all that you could need. The Forrester's Arms is a lovely pub but we ate at the Woodcote which was excellent. The space is large and comfortable. The sofas are perfect for a nap as they are massive. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The shower was lush as were the faith in nature smelly bits. would completely recommend

Nice and clean, easy access from the back if you want to avoid the steps, roomy, modern and well catered.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

This air bnb is an amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with two small children and it was very easy with enough space for the adults to relax in the evening. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views. On top of this it was spotless I could not fault anything. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and always happy to help.

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

perfect little staycation! the place is huge, so clean, great pool for the evening when the weather isn't great. walking distance to beach and pubs and then a short drive to Bournemouth. Matt is a great host and would definitely recommend.
