Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in The Small Beaches

We loved the accommodation, we felt at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the fridge and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

We hosted four people, two adults and two children. The apartment met all needs with excellence, we felt at home. We stayed a week and it was great, there is a supermarket, bakery and gas station near the apartment, just across the street. We were able to enjoy the best of Cabo Frio and still enjoy Arraial do Cabo, which is nearby. Super Recommended!

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the Forte beachfront takes you to the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 out of 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable shoes for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was faithful to the photos.

Exelente stay. We were 8 people, the apartment is spacious and having two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always a place all. Very clean and tidy. Exelente quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair in front. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and cared about everything.

The accommodation was even better than the advertised, extremely clean and organized, a quiet and beautiful environment that made everyone very happy. We will definitely return at a next chance.

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

Wonderful house, with a beautiful view! Everything finely decorated making the atmosphere welcoming! Only detail left to be desired were the showers that we were unable to adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. Super recommend the house, it was incredible days! Thank you.

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time for it that got a taste of wanting more! A modern house with lots of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and desk for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a great differential. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (barbecue and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, they even have a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to be able to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thanks friends, it makes you want to come back always!!

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with everything and also has everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The balcony and the rooms have an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. The condominium is super organized, providing an incredible stay with its wonderful pool and the lagoon beach all around the perimeter of the condominium, and all this complemented by a gym and game room. The restaurant has affordable prices and a good variety of food.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️

It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!
