Monthly Rentals in The Rower

Our stay was lovely. The cottage was perfect and had everything we needed for the night. Our hosts were brilliant and we were even visited regularly by their very friendly dogs. We definitely hope to visit again.

Perfect place for my family on our first night in Ireland. Absolutely beautiful views. Had all the amenities needed. Loved that this was formerly a school house. Very cute! Lorraine proactively communicated all instructions and made sure we were well cared for. She even has some eggs, milk and cheese available for us. Very sweet!

We had a fabulous few days staying at The Stables. Breda and Joe have a lovely country property. We love the goodie left for us from Breda. Scones and bread both home made. The cottage is so well equipped with most things you’d need to get by but a Centra only a few minutes away has lots of options. The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows and the fluffiest feather doona. The cottage is heated but we felt we didn’t need heating on as it’s very warm inside anyway but great if it turns cold. A bonus is the washer and dryer, we’d not been able to wash for several day so felt like all home comforts were covered. We loved the kitchen and dining area, great for preparing our meals. Breda has a vegetable and herb garden which she was happy for us to use, I made good use of salad stuff and herb. We got to meet Joe who was brings the horses back into the sheds, we got to see an 8 day old foal, such a highlight for me coming from Australia’s beach scene. We highly this place Fiona

Fab couple. Really welcoming. Spotless clean. You do need a car to get here. Perfect place to stay with welcoming tea/coffee, milk cheese and goodies for guests. Highly recommend.
