We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was beautifully decorated and well equipped, making us feel right at home. The area and scenery were beautiful, making for the perfect relaxing stay.

We had a fantastic family holiday with our two children. the house has everything you will need and Marisa was very helpful during our stay. The kids loved the chickens and the hot tub! Great rural location close to lots of great sights Thanks for having us! x

3 Railway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the amazing beauty of North Yorkshire. The cottage is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pickering but is in a really quiet and private location. The only exception of course is the opportunity to wave at the heritage railway trains that pass at the back of the cottage a few times a day which is really amazing, especially if you wave from the comfort of the hot tub! I can’t recommend this location highly enough, it is a really comfortable and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location - what more could you ask for?

We have just had a fantastic stay at The Lamp Post. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodation. Steve and Andrea have thought of absolutely everything. The whole place is luxury and pristine. The hot tub is so easy to use and definitely an extra added bonus to what is a beautiful place to stay. Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights. It was beautifully clean and had everything and more we needed. Such lovely hosts, very responsive should you need them. Great location! Such an easy drive to a lot of places. We visited Whitby, Scarborough, Pickering, Thornton Le Dale and more! All under 1 hours drive away. Cottage is so homely and very welcoming 😊 Amazing that each room has their own en-suite. Beds are so comfy! Downstairs bedroom was great for us with someone in the party having mobility issues. Games room is a fabulous touch! Sauna and hot tub both very clean. Highly recommend to stay here. Thanks for a wonderful stay 🥰

Our second time at the gorgeous Preston Mill Loft and it was just as wonderful as we remember. Super dog friendly, the upgraded hot tub is IMMENSE, comfy bed, welcoming hosts, beautiful scenery, well stocked kitchen. The lot. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Heidi & Chris were great hosts, they provided lots of useful information on places to visit and where to eat out. The cottage was spotless, it had everything you needed. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We had a lovely time, explored the local village, as well as short car drives to Helmsley and Thirsk. The cottage was spotless, with comfortable beds, quality bedding and extremely well equipped kitchen. A peaceful garden with fabulous views. Skylark cottage is in a lovely spot, a perfect retreat from busy life and a really calming space inside and out. It was spotless, cosy and well equipped. The newly created wood was a joy to walk through and our dog loved it here too!

A very well presented cottage, walks straight from the door. Peaceful and impossible not to have a great night’s sleep. And very good access instructions …. no hunting around for key safes after a long journey ! Everything was clear and easy.

I recently stayed at Airbnp was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly and professionally. The room and common areas were well-maintained and clean. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt fresh and hygienic The room offers basic amenities that are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked well, and there was access to clean towels, toiletries it met all the essential needs for a short trip travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located if you're planning to explore the area. Had a lovely stay at Rachael’s , just what was needed , took our little dog which was great , he had his first day at the seaside just 35 mins to the coast Clean and tidy , everything you could need although we ate out you could cook a meal , 2 minutes walk to shops , pubs and cafes , and the church on the door step is stunning . A very comfortable Huge bed too Bonus as we left Monday is market day lots of lovely fresh foods to bring home

What a find ! A great place to stay in a quiet location near the woods which was great for our dog. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we need for our short break. The welcome pack was a bonus with information on things to do and places to eat which is great especially when you have a dog with you,The Alma inn had the best food! Jill is such a lovely welcoming host( but never intrudes ) and was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend a visit and will return someday.

Our second stay at Waterwheel Cottage and it won't be our last. It was just as we remembered and is incredibly great value for money for such a well equipped and beautiful home-from-home, especially during school holidays when unlike many other accommodation providers, the owners don't inflate the prices. We had a full Yorkshire wet weather experience but it didn't detract from the amazing activities and opportunities for exploration available on our doorstep. And coming home to the quiet and cosy cottage each afternoon was a joy. Another fantastic trip that has truly worn us out but with so much still to do in the area we won't hesitate to book again soon.

Wonderful stay. David was a great, welcoming host, lovely arrival gifts of cake flowers, bread and the biggest choice of hot drinks available I've ever seen! Lovely inside , comfy lounge, wonderful bedding and robes. Great shower. Beautiful outside space. Really pleased with our choice to stay here.

Emma's place was simply gorgeous! We loved our stay and couldn't stop marvelling at the beautiful location. The cottage was pristine and comfortable and even bigger and more beautiful than the photos. The surroundings and the views from every window were amazing. Emma was a lovely host, helpful and flexible. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our first time using airbnb and they set the bar ihigh. We received a warm welcome. Every need was catered for from cotton buds to laundry. pods. A beautiful property and surroundings; the cottage was clean rhoughtout Lots to do in the area with nice cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you🙂

Felt at home in this well looked after accommodation. Relaxed owners who are non intrusive but helpful. Everything was as described and as it should be. Access to the accommodation was easy and lots of places to visit if you have a car.
