Centrally located in Sarasota. About 6 miles from Siesta Key Beach and the downtown area, 10 minutes away from I-75, and about 15-20 minutes away from the airport and University Parkway. This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. Beautiful half of a house apartment in Sarasota FL

Anthony was a great host, being both proactive and responsive. Our seven-night stay was among the longer Airbnb stays my husband and I had made, and Anthony’s place had everything to keep us comfortable even for that duration. Kudos to Veronica for nice decoration touches that made it feel cozy. The location was ideal for us to access Nathan Benderson park twice daily for on-water training week. We would absolutely return next time we are in town.

The unit is on the end of the main house. It was clean and well maintained. It have everything I needed. The neighborhood was dark and quiet, no noises or anything to wake you or concern. Laura was extremely responsive and helpful. Will likely stay here again when I come back

Big beautiful backyard for the dog, and plenty of parking in the driveway - two of my favorite things! This house is adorable and was perfect for me and my pup. Nice, safe neighborhood and easy to find. 13 minutes from the boat ramp. House was stocked with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper plates, utensils, coffee, water - all the essentials that made my stay more convenient!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Felt like home away from and very private. The team did a great job with this home, pest control even stopped while we were there and did their work. Love it when our host puts all the effort into their home that we do our home. Highly recommend not letting this one go by, don't wait, don't hesitate, make your stay at this tropical oasis, you will be nothing short of comfortable and relaxed! Thank you again Derek and Team and we'll see you again!

Slice of paradise III - Pool house close to UTC

Our stay at Carsten’s was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and we arrived to a peaceful sanctuary which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in for the week. The place was well kitted out and comfortable, close to amenities, just a few minutes’ drive to UTC, supermarkets, cafes etc. and very easy to get to the beach, which we did often. The pool and pool area are lovely though and very private so it was a real toss up deciding whether to have a pool or a beach day! We enjoyed using the barbecue, the outdoor space is so tranquil, we would sit out there listening to the woodpeckers and watching the squirrels and bird life, just bliss. Carsten was super responsive to any queries we had and a great host. It was incredibly easy to 'live' here which is exactly what we were looking for (also great wifi speed for anyone unlucky enough to have to do some work!). We would definitely return, hence our full recommendation to choose here as your vacation base.

Very easy check in process, He even let us check out an hour late. And check in early! Which was very nice! … Felix’s place was very clean! Bathroom and shower were my favorite amenity! He had complementary waters which was nice, Definitely will be staying again when we come back to Sarasota!
