Fabulous 4 Bedroom Villa (KS-10)

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. With all facilities needed it's the ideal accommodation for families and business travellers looking for temporary housing in The Netherlands. We provide our guests full service during their entire stay.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. We would like to welcome you in our former photo studio, in the centre of bustling Eindhoven, where there is always something happening. the studio is hidden behind the house, you will stay in the beauty of our city garden that will amaze you. With a private back entrance you have access to this idyllic spot, equipped with all comforts. The High Tech Campus, the City Centre, the Van Abbe museum, and Strijp S are within easy reach! Guest suite 10 minutes walking distance from Downtown!

The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.

The extra space is furnished with a large extra table with chairs, a large chessboard and two workstations. Here, too, there is the possibility of placing extra bed(s) and/or mattresses

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a completely renovated and well-kept townhouse build in 1921. All privately yours. Wees welkom om samen tot rust te komen in dit heerlijke gastenverblijf. Geen haast, enkel het gezellige geluid van de kippen. Het zwembad is een loungepool. Dat betekent dat de pool het hele jaar door flink verwarmd is. De toeristenbelasting is 2,25 per persoon per nacht en dient ter plaatse contant te worden betaald.
