I had an amazing stay at this brand new apartment! Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment. We loved our stay! Plenty of natural light very comfortable bed and two smart TVs. The bathtub and shower awesome! Easy check in / out. There is a Mall Lotte 15 min walking distance where you can find a very nice supermarket and restaurants. The water dispenser was a nice addition.. nice kitchen etc. We highly recommended and We would love to come back. Great communication with host as well. Thank you!

The place is very beautiful and luxurious, it was a very comfortable stay and had beautiful views of a river and the city. The only challenge we had was receiving check in details which weren’t provided until 12pm the day of checkin, this was inconvenient as we needed to provide the details to the driver during a long haul drive to Ha Giang so it effected our route planning in this way and the host was not flexible in providing the checkin details earlier to know which apartment complex the driver needed to go to. Aside from this the stay was great.

Ha's place felt spacious and bright. The air conditioning units operated very well, keeping it cool. There are four total: one in the shared area (kitchen/dining/living room), and one in each bedroom. Having both a bathroom and a shower made life very easy for us as a group of three adults and two kids. The kitchen had seasonings as well as other essentials you'd need for cooking. They even have a coffee shop in front of the building. The location was superb, very central. Recommended!

Very great place. Just as shown on the pictures. The way they receive you and take care of you is exceptional. They are very friendly and take care very well of their guests! Def recommend everyone that wants to come to Hanoi

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

Beautiful building and apartment. Nhung is an outstanding hostess. We rented for our son who was studying abroad in Hanoi and Nhung was so kind to pick him up at the airport upon arrival and bring him to the apartment. She took great care of our son and was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

The place is absolutely a gem. Very spacious and interior decoration is cool, unique and made me super comfortable while staying here 2 weeks. I am a remote worker and Wi-Fi is fast enough to manage my work. It’s a bit far from city center but there are lots of restaurants and cafes near by and it has its own nice neighborhood to explore. 100% recommended, you won’t regret.

great location, 20 min walk to old town but far enough out that it’s not too busy on roads. Space was beautiful, looks just like the pictures. Would recommend.

Great stay and responsive host.

It went smoothly from check-in to checkout.The response when the toilet paper ran out was also quick and helpful.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The host also asked us to extend one night.. They responded immediately and stayed without any inconvenience. The host is really kind.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

It is ver near My Dinh, Hanoi. Lots of Korean restarants and shops are within 5 minute by walk. Great city view if you stay 15th floor and above, especially at night. The rooms, the kitchen, and the toliets are clean and well managed. Free Wi-fi and TV. You can watch Netflix or Youtube during your stay.

we had a great stay in Hanoi and Thuy's & Kurt place was the perfect base home to explore the city. Totally recommended!

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Stayed here 4 nights, was meant to stay 3 but we liked it so much we wanted to stay an extra night. The host was very friendly with quick response time. An amazing, stylish, quirky little apartment. Very clean, good location in Old quarter. It’s a busy road but you can’t hear much noise at all. Very lovely cafe at the bottom with delicious egg coffee. The only thing we’d suggest is more storage space for large travel rucksacks but no big issue at all.
