We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We take pride in ensuring our place is clean, polished and comfortable. A 16 min walk to the Festival Theatre on Queen St. It is a pretty walk along the arboretum and Avon River. We have a well equipped kitchenette, and a high end Kreuig for your tea, coffee, and chai latte needs, all free of charge - also has a cold brew feature! Our basement suite is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). The suite has free parking and a private entrance.

Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!

This is a modern renovated non-smoking 1 bedroom. The space was renovated and furnished with the Airbnb guest in mind. This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.
