The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

Our little cottage is quietly located in the deciduous forest of the eastern Harz Mountains, on a hillside with a view of the countryside. It is minimalist, cozy, and offers everything you need after an active day. The Thale climbing area and bike park are within easy reach, and hiking trails start right outside the door. Afterwards, you can relax by the stove—indoors or outdoors—accompanied by the sound of the Bode River and birdsong in the morning.

The 80 square meter attic has been lovingly restored and the entire apartment looks very bright and spacious due to the completely glazed gable. Our 42 m² apartment is located in the attic of our house. It is very bright and friendly. A bedroom, a living room with dining area and cozy couch, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub, toilet and washing area are available. There is also a roof terrace in front of the living room.
