This charming 35 m2 studio is located in the village of Thairé, it is located 5 km from the beaches (chatelaillon beach) , between La Rochelle and Rochefort. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and a pet(counted as a sup guest). You will find all the comforts , household appliances (fridge and freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and large storage closet.

The studio is equipped with: -a sleeping area with a 140*190 cm bed and a closet. - a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle as well as a kit for cooking and dining. - a table with 2 chairs and a TV The home also has a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. For your comfort, the studio benefits from underfloor heating. We look forward to welcoming you!

Ideally located between Ile de Ré and Oléron , close to La Rochelle, Rochefort, Marais Poitevin and the first beaches of Châtelaillon and the ocean ( 15kms ) no cleaning fee, basics and bed linens included. Self check-in from 4pm or earlier if possible or 6pm in person, and checkouts no later than 12pm.
