There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches made it feel extra welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Apartment identical to the one in the photo, exceptional sea view and perfect condominium services, the host was very kind and always available for anything. The pools are beautiful and everything is perfect, I will definitely return
