There are convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and local boat noodle shops on both sides of the main road, and all the amenities are available. The unit is fully equipped for short or long stays, including kitchen facilities (microwave. cooker, double-door fridge), three-color lighting, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a crib (please book in advance) to take care of your family. The house facilities are also very complete, including fitness room, swimming pool, children's playground, self-service laundry and dryer (for easy day-to-day drying), free Wi-Fi in the elegant lobby, etc., whether for work or vacation, it is easy and comfortable.

Hi, we have a separate utility cost from the house rent to consider prior to booking. Electricity: 8 baht per unit. Water: 45 baht per unit. Gas: 550 baht if you want to cook. (There is also a deposit for damages: 5,000 baht for long-term stays and 3,000 baht for short-term stays. This will be refunded upon check-out.) The accommodation is a single-bedroom house located near the sea. It is just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Convenience stores are just a 15-minute walk away. It is 20 minutes to the fresh market, Lotus Express and Big C Mini. In the evening, you can walk along the main road, which is full of street food on both sides.

This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only.
