I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hosts really care about maintaining their property. The house was spotless — every room was incredibly clean and well-maintained. You could tell they pay attention to the details, making it feel like a home away from home. The highlight for me was definitely the pool. It was pristine and the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. It's my 5th time in khao yai and Korn's place is my favourite! Absolutely peaceful and serene surroundings but yet only minutes away from gorgeous restaurants and places of interest. The Mango House - 7mins The Chocolate Factory - 16mins Midwinter Restaurant- 8min Banmai Chaynam - 25mins Pak Chong Night Market - 20mins Big C - 15mins Thames - 15mins Hokkaido Flower - 13mins Sunflower Fields - Manee Sorn 20mins Overall Superb Location!! My family loved the pool and it was a nice touch to light up the fireplace in the evening while the kids were having a dip in the pool. (we were there in Jan so it was a bit chilly in the evenings) Perfect for a family get away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The kitchen is well equipped and korn even prepared a carton of water for us when we arrived. We felt comfortable in this lovely cosy home 🏡 would definitely come back again ... Korn's friendly staff would come by in the mornings to clear the pools of any leaves and sweep the front.

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

숙소의 위치는 마야몰 1분 거리여서 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 내부는 2명이 생활하기에 살짝 좁았지만 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 내부 청결도는 관리가 잘 되어있어서 매우 깔끔했습니다. 초반에 창가와 침대에 개미들이 발견되어 불편했지만, 호스트님이 조치해주신 이후로는 개미가 발견되지 않았습니다. 그래서 마지막까지는 매우 만족스러운 생활을 하였습니다. 또한 호스트님과의 소통은 원활하며 피드백도 빠른 편입니다. 경비원분들이 너무 친절하시며 특히 밤에 근무하시는 분이 특히 정감이 갈 정도로 친절하십니다. 다른 후기에 소음에 대한 의견들이 있는데, 저희는 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 비행기소리는 밤에는 안들리며, 도로의 자동차 소리도 아침에만 살짝 들리는 정도입니다. 치앙마이에서 님만해민은 전체적으로 깔끔한 지역이라 이곳에 숙소를 잡으신다면, 여기를 추천합니다. 저희는 마야몰 쇼핑을 자주했기 때문에 마야몰에 가까운 숙소 위치가 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 치앙마이에 재방문시 다시 한번 지내고 싶은 콘도입니다.

Well priced for the quality you get. The view from the top floor is breathtaking. I lost my key when I went swimming, and somebody found it and took it to reception. Shows the kind of people that stay at this place. Felt safe due to strict security at the gates. Had a few issues with the aircon, but the host was extra responsive and fixed the issue by calling in technicians to resolve it. I will definitely book again.

Me and my mates spend a week in this Amazing Villa .YoYo is a fantastic Host , everything went smooth, super helpful , you can ask anything you need and she get back to you very shortly. The Villa is located a little bit out from the center (just about 5 minutes with the scooter ) nice peaceful and clean , with a great pool , everything work perfectly.,ust a perfect spot for relax . 10 out of 10 i definitely Will come back☺️😉

The villa is 100% consistent with the photos. With a long stay, problems arise wherever you live, but Fluke tried to minimize them, was always in touch and quickly solved everything, even when a tire broke on my car - Fluke helped find an on-site repair, but the realtor of the car could not.

endroit tres reposant dans un environnement calme et tres securisé. nous étions une famille de 6 avec deux enfants. ils ont adoré la maison décorée avec goût. Endroit avec une vue incroyable sur une belle piscine privé. tres exclusif couche de soleil à couper le souffle vue sur le big buddha. cadre paradisiaque les hotes vivent dans le village à coté ne sont pas dans la maison mais disponibles si besoin et tres reactifs. peuvent vous donner des conseils. depart autonome de la maison. un grand merci à Jindara qui nous a renvoyé par la poste un bijoux oublié autour de la piscine .reçu deux jours apres dans un bel emballage et n a pas accepte de dedomagement. vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés. si nous revenons a Chiang rai nous esperons pouvoir revenir ici

Our family had an amazing week long stay in Jariya’s villa. We were very well looked after by all the team, special mention to Pook Pook who was lovely. Great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble and the help with organising car and scooter rental was ideal. The villa itself is like something from a movie nestled into the hilltop with stunning views and very secure. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Look no further. This villa was perfect for our 8 day stay in Phuket. It allowed everyone to have their own bedroom & bathroom. The property is SPOTLESS. The villa staff take excellent care of the property down to a debris free pool. Amy was so helpful with answering my many questions and assisting with recommendations. I have nothing negative to say about my stay here, & if I were to return, I would definitely stay here again.
