The place is just like the images, Luis very attentive communication was very good answer in minutes, we only had communication at the beginning since everything was clean, all the amenities a great host.

An excellent place to rest, extremely quiet, safe, nice, the space was perfect. The attention is quite accurate and pleasant. I would definitely come back!

We had a nice experience at Alejandra's accommodation, the amenities as published in the photos. Communication with her was correct and she supported us with some questions, she was accessible and very kind. We had a problem with the neighbors of the other houses, but we didn't pay attention to them, they didn't like the children splashing and playing in the pool, we went to see the situation and it was just a comment, nothing that affects Alejandra's accommodation. Very clean and tidy, the pool is heated. The house is very good, and with other air conditioners it will cool the upstairs rooms faster. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The terrace is very nice for a family get-together. Highly recommended for a few days of rest.

We spent a weekend with several families with small children and Juan's house was super comfortable with enough space for everyone and it is just like the description and photos. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very pleasant to be in or out of the house. The heated pool is a marvel as well as the different games for the children to be entertained. The people who help in the house are very kind and helpful and cook delicious food. We had a spectacular time and Juan was always on the lookout to make sure everything was fine. It's a great place to stay!

Everything was excellent, this is the second time I've visited and it's worth paying for the heat pump or boiler. Great cleanliness and with everything you need to have an incredible time, both in the garden and pool, and in the kitchen to prepare your food. Thank you very much for everything

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option for spending several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.
