In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

The apartment (80 square meters) is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential area. The open-air museum is very close. Free parking is available on the property. A garden with large lawn, barbecue area, as well as a covered balcony with garden furniture is available. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage. In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
