Monthly Rentals in Tertenia

Andrea was a marvelous host who waited for us to give the key and spoiled us with extra's during our stay. The house is perfect, efficient, if you love to cook all is there, the veranda is perfect when it is warm or when it might rain(October), garden is a dream with wonderfull trees, flowering bushes, lots of birds and we even had a sweet cat to love. There is an outdoor shower which we used most of the time. Perfect after a swim in the sea. The location is beautifull surrounded by mountains. In the area you can chose from several hikes but you do need to have to be fit. Very near the house you can visit a Nuraghe! We also visited other parts of Sardinië in the high mountains and walked near Pratobello and from Cala Golone to Cala Luna and back. This last walk is more climbing and very intense but worth it! Sardininië is a rich country. Many more things to explore. So we will be back and stay again at Andrea's place!

I can only recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden positively. The unpaved road to the property alone was probably a bit affected by the rain. Nevertheless, even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) it was no problem to drive on it. So you don't have to worry about that! If we are looking for another place to stay in the area, we would definitely go back :)

Great villa in a beautiful part of Sardinia! We loved our stay at the villa, which was clean and comfortable with a nice garden. The beach is a five-minute walk and it is gorgeous (white sand, crystal clear water and shallow at the start, so very kid friendly). The area is off the beaten path and we loved that. There are beautiful mountains around and lovely beach restaurants. Doriana was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were welcomed upon our arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a barbecue and even a pizza oven. The 3 zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are fantastic beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!
