Great stay in a wonderful place. We are in love with both Guadeloupe and the villa. It is very quiet very well located on Basse-Terre. Erwan and Joëlle are very friendly and caring hosts while remaining very discreet. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). We recommend Erwan and Joëlle and their beautiful villa.

The villa offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: appliances , board games, books and beach accessories. Anything to feel "from home." The plus is the huge wooden deck with views of the bay and the setting sun. Not to mention the neat decoration of the house. In summary, we were charmed by this place of life.

We used to stay in Saint-François and chose the west coast on Basse Terre for once. The choice was perfect: perfect weather, lush greenery and much more wild, many activities (hiking, snorkeling with turtles, diving...). The villa is perfectly located with one of the best views we have had the opportunity to see. The sunsets were sumptuous.

First trip to Guadeloupe, and we were totally charmed. Villa Kanisi is a beautiful, clean and well-equipped dwelling. My family and I took advantage of all the amenities: the three bathrooms, the pool, the beautiful terrace and the open plan space on the ground floor. The villa is well located (near a small convenience store and not far from major roads), which allowed us to explore the island with confidence. At Villa Kanisi, you'll feel right at home, with the sun and palm trees as a bonus. A big thank you to Régis for his warm welcome and availability!

Excellent weekend at the Malendure lodge. The setting is peaceful, well maintained, and perfectly in line with the photos. Special mention for the warm welcome from the hosts, and the spa jacuzzi which was super nice. I recommend this bungalow without hesitation.

We LOVED our stay!! The view was stunning and the house was amazing. It was quiet and very private, yet the other rentals in the La Manon compound were close by and it felt safe and secure at the top of a mountain. Exactly as pictured and exactly what we were expecting. The house was not quite ready for us upon arrival so we went out for groceries while the cleaning lady was finishing up. A nice grocery store is just 15 minutes away with everything we needed. The house was so relaxing that we didn’t want to leave it for exploring the island, but enjoyed every outing we had with gorgeous scenery and beautiful beaches. We had stayed one week in Basse Terre and one week in Grand Terre and so glad we did. They are very different but each has its own charm and interest. Bernadette was an excellent, laid back host, always replying quickly and very friendly. We appreciated her speaking some English since we speak very little French. We would definitely recommend!

What a pleasure! We were captivated by the view... During the day, a splendid view - sailboats, the reserve, the reliefs and the blue sea as far as the eye can see - at night, stars endlessly... The accommodation is neat, everything is beautiful and harmonious, a sought-after design... A large, beautiful and so pleasant pool (and what a view;)) A few days after my booking, a small photo received to show me the good weather and make us want... very nice! Really clear and complete explanatory videos... No complaints... In view of this exceptional property and the work done by the owners, we paid attention to it, but what a job! We were won over, we would have stayed longer... Just specify no sunscreen in the pool, but with children's UV t-shirt; Ras. In short, a real pleasure in a real beautiful house! Thank you PS: we are bragged about the turtles of Malendure; it's not a legend! What a joy!

We had originally rented another villa from SB. There was no possibility to stay there due to circumstances, but this villa was proposed very smoothly and quickly. Laurent was super friendly and very practical. The villa had like what we expected . Very nice view of the bay and within walking distance of Malendures . Clean and nicely decorated . The only downside is that the pool is not next to the terrace but one floor down for another bedroom. This makes it less practical/cozy. We'll be back ! Thanks Laurent !

We had a wonderful stay in Les Saintes! The villa is superb, with a breathtaking view. Everything was cozy and perfectly thoughtful. A big thank you to the hosts for their kindness and responsiveness. We have great memories and we'll be back in a heartbeat. Gary

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

We had an absolutely magical stay at this cottage nestled in the heart of nature. The terrace is peaceful, the pool is well placed and the sea view is just amazing. The best place for sunsets. Also, the location is ideal for discovering Bouillante and its surroundings, it is close to the Cousteau reserve and the beaches. We recommend this cottage without hesitation and will be happy to come back!

We loved our stay in Trois Rivéres, Base Terre. The house is nicely designed with a modernist feel, spacious and comfortable, with two floors. We had the most stunning panoramic ocean view with cool breezes. Possibly, one of the best views we have had in all our stays in different places. The environment around the house was clean, green and quiet. The island of Basse Terre is wild, rugged and verdant. Roger was super helpful, warm and attentive. We really appreciated him as our host. We had a flat tire out on the freeway, and he came to our rescue as soon as possible. I recommend staying here as the best place on the island with Roger as your host. You, however, need a car to go in and out of the house and, generally, to get around in Guadeloupe. It would be best if you also were a competent driver as you will confront hilly roads, sharp curves and other fast drivers on the road.

Very beautiful and very pleasant house. The hospitality and kindness of the host is to be noted. I highly recommend it. The geographical situation is perfect.

Absolutely beautiful home! The design is so thoughtful. The home is so well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Claudia and Jean-Pierre were available to us whenever we needed anything. Very comfortable and we would love to come back someday!

We had a great time staying at Daniel and Sylvie's place. Four , what space! A real house very well arranged, with a sublime view of the sunsets 🌅 ( the weather was not very mild but we were able to admire a few! ). The bedding is excellent, the location is very quiet, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The house is rented with a dog and 2 or 3 adorable country cats that roam freely, beware of people who fear animals! Air conditioning is available at night, and in the early afternoon. Hot water depends on daily sunshine. Perfect stay in Bouillante, with turtles 🐢 just down the house! We will come back with pleasure! Thank you Sylvie!

Calypso Bay, one BEAUTIFUL WORD A breathless view! Every morning a pure feast and sunsets , just as much... The house is very beautiful, very clean, very well arranged There's no shortage of anything! Everyone has their own bedroom , bathroom An open and well equipped kitchen . We also loved the company of the little birds who came to give us cuckoos , red gorges, hummingbirds, square-tailed doves... Great interaction with Fanny , the owner, and Laurence . When we arrived , a basket of fruit awaited us as well as some food, appreciated because we arrived on a late Sunday. A welcome booklet, super complete! A very nice week on lowland ...

The hosts are very honest, helpful, accurate and pleasant people. The place is really nice and well organized, nothing is really missing. The place is close to all the amenities and beaches of Gozier and Saint Anne and the high rise location makes it quiet and calm. Pensos is truly the ideal place for a holiday in Guadeloupe.

Our host Claudia was very responsive to all our requests and flexible on our arrival and departure time. The villa is well-equipped and outward facing with a covered patio on half the surface. The ultimate asset is its magnificent view of the Saintes, even more sublime than the photos that can't reflect the depth and changing colors depending on the time of day and the weather. Good to know for your stay: the pathway is quite steep, as for all the attractions perched in Basse-Terre, and the villa is of rustic Caribbean character, not to be compared with the comfort of a recent modern villa. I highly recommend this listing that met our expectations.

Great stay in a villa perfect for small and large families. Quiet and private place, clean accommodation with everything you need, well divided (air-conditioned rooms away) and breathtaking views of the Cousteau Reserve, both from inside and outside the villa.
