Located in Marigot towards Pompierre beach, a few minutes from the village, the lower part of the villa "Les Âmes-Claires" welcomes you in one of its 2 charming apartments (with connecting door) each with a bedroom (very large bed + extra bed if necessary), a bathroom, an indoor living area (living room with a small sofa bed and kitchen) and an outdoor living area (terrace and garden).
