The children's area is equipped for the comfort of our children and should satisfy your own ( a few toys, books, night lights...)... The apartment has a privileged location in the resort and a beautiful view of the mountains. The slopes and the shopping mall are within walking distance:)

Bright studio close to Mercantour

In a village on the outskirts of the Mercantour, this studette is on the garden floor of a 19thcentury home with period murals. This vaulted and bright space measures 15 m2. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140X190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a ragpicker and a shower room with toilet. A bike shelter is for the use of the guests. There is an adjoining garden shared with the other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

Old sheepfold transformed into a mountain chalet, ideal for spending good times in the middle of a beautiful hilltop village of the Nice hinterland, in winter and summer come and enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors in the mountains, activities such as electric bike, via Ferrata, many hiking trails from the village will entertain you. Our house is located under the medieval village square and is accessed via a 200 m pedestrian path with a drop

The nest

Formerly called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's cabin was used as a kitchen and dining room. It was where milk was turned into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbours , and where social life was forged. Tools,seeds, crops , were also stored in the tree. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a feeling of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience mountain tranquility. The house was refurbished in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Conveniently located for cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Bottom Center. Suitable for those who have to work in smart working thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and no smoking
