Tucked away in the heart of the beautiful Village of Tequesta, this bright and airy home promises a fantastic location close to many restaurants, the beach, and many other outdoor activities. A private backyard retreat awaits you--pool, outdoor tub and shower, outdoor dining, or a comfortable hammock to relax the day away. Please note: Due to current conditions, number of guests occupying house will be strictly limited to no more than 4 people at any time.
“Khaled & Michael’s home was the most comfortable place to stay during our almost two week stay! Having to be down south for a major surgery, our goal was to find a quiet place for me to recover and heal. Walking in to check in, these wonderful owners surprised us with beautiful flowers, chocolates and a card! The layout is perfect for a couple or family. Kitchen was well equipped, which helped a lot due to my hubby cooking at times, and having that peaceful backyard? Icing on the cake! Weather was sunny so we both enjoyed chillin’ on rafts in the pool. Also enjoyed a few rainy but relaxing FL days. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, plenty of linens, the design and decor made the updated home feel new! The owners are so kind, thoughtful and very accommodating especially when we almost had my surgery on hold due to COVID shut down! These amazing owners communicated so well during the past couple months and it all did work out as planned! Appreciate these owners! We will be back and next time, we will be able to enjoy the beach seeing they’re now open! The area has numerous restaurants five minutes away! Convenient to the beach area, West Palm, malls, entertainment etc! Highly recommend this beautiful home! Will be back!”
Staying at my place not only gives you a beautiful bedroom in which to sleep and a gorgeous bathroom with a huge shower overlooking the river, but an entire house I'd like you to SHARE with me and feel at home in. It is upscale and very well appointed. I’ve tried to think of everything, but if there’s anything you need feel free to ask! It is close to the beautiful Jupiter Lighthouse and our wonderful beaches as well as many famous golf courses....it's 5 miles from Roger Dean Baseball Stadium.
“Wow! I was absolutely blown away with Peggy’s place. The hospitality Peggy shows her guests is out of this world. She’s super quick to respond to questions and extremely accommodating. And the place itself? Amazing doesn’t even come close to describing how glorious this location is. Seated on the edge of the river with a nature preserve on the opposite side you’ll feel like you’re staying in a secluded cabin while just a few minutes from the heart of Jupiter. And the cherry on top is the freshly remodeled guest bathroom which boasts a magnificent view of the river. Watching the water flow and squirrels play in the trees outside while you’re literally standing in the shower will be a memory you’ll have for the rest of your life. I wholeheartedly recommend Peggy’s place.”

It is also spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. You can tell that Sandy and John are determined to ensure that you have the best possible stay. Just pack your clothes and go! Sandy has thought of everything you could possibly want or need and made sure to provide it. She even had a welcome gift for our kitten! Truly minutes from the beach AND everything you could possibly want. It’s also near to several nature parks, the lighthouse, and some amazing local restaurants. Sandy has the best recommendations for food and things to do! The Kozy Kottage is the perfect getaway for whatever you’re looking for!”
